De Canopy W-AIR broek beschikt over de basiskenmerken van de nieuwe W-AIR collectie binnen het Innovation gamma zijnde:
- een groot ventilatiesysteem op basis van een mesh stof
- een nieuwe pasvorm en de introductie van 4-weg elastische TeXXion voor een optimale bewegingsvrijheid en
- beschikbaar in meerdere beenlengtes met tussenbeenlengtes van respectievelijk short, regular (standaard tussenbeenlengte 82cm) of tall 88cm.
Verder zorgen enkele handige details, zoals een geïntegreerde voering onderaan de broekspijpen en waterdichte Pezaflex Aqua (Cordura®) kniestukken, ervoor dat de Canopy W-AIR broeken uiterst geschikt zijn voor boomverzorgers. Dit alles blijft uiteraard in combinatie staan met een zeer licht gewicht van ~1100g in maat M!
Les pantalons Canopy W-AIR, développé pour les arboristes, unissent toutes les caractéristiques principales de la collection W-AIR dans la gamme Innovation qui sont :
- une maille de ventilation de grande superficie qui vaut la ventilation de quelques glissières de ventilation classiques
- une coupe parfaite grâce à une re-conception de la taille et l’intégration d’un tissu quadri-élastique en TeXXion
- Disponibles en 3 longueurs de jambes: short, regular (entrejambe normal 82cm) et tall.
Parmi d’autres, quelques caractéristiques particulières telles que des guêtres intégrées et des insertions élastiques étanches en Pezaflex Aqua (Cordura®) au niveau des genoux, le pantalon Canopy W-AIR se prête complètement pour le travail au sol. Bien sûr ce pantalon, comme tous les pantalons de la gamme Innovation, est très léger avec un poids de ~1100g dans la taille M (42-44)!

Voor het BTCC 2017 zijn de regels van het ITCC 2016 van toepassing.
In verband met de gebruikte materialen hierbij enige toelichting:
De gebruikte materialen dienen te voldoen aan de minimum geaccepteerde industriële veiligheidsnormen (tenzij anders vermeld in het ITCC 2016 rulebook) en kaderen in een best practice. Concreet betekent dit voor het BTCC dat er minimum een de CE-conformiteit moet bestaan voor het product en een gebruikelijke toepassing kennen in de boomverzorging.
Indien een deelnemer specifieke goedkeuring wenst rond gebruikte materialen en/of technieken, dient dit te gebeuren de dag voor de competitie door de BTCC Headtechnician tijdens de materiaalcontrole, deze mag hiervoor de BTCC Headjudge en BTCC Voorzitter consulteren.
Dans le cadre du BTCC en 2017, les règles du ITCC 2016 sont applicables.
En ce qui concerne les matériels utilisés, voici quelques éclaircissements :
Les matériels utilisés doivent répondre aux normes minimales de sécurité pour la pratique des travaux en hauteur (sauf indication contraire dans le livret de règles ITCC 2016) et sont utilisés dans les règles de l’art.
Concrètement, cela signifie que pour le BTCC, une conformité minimale CE doit exister pour le produit et que le matériel est conçu pour une application courante dans le cadre de l’entretien et des soins aux arbres.
Si un participant souhaite une approbation pour un ou des matériels et/ou techniques différente, innovatrice ou spécifique, cela devra être fait la veille de la compétition par le BTCC Headtechnician lors du contrôle du matériel.
L’approbation peut éventuellement être soumise à l’avis du BTCC Headjudge et/ou du BTCC Président.
